An update on flooding in Thailand and our efforts to prioritize the safety of our customers and partners on the ground.
We extend our heartfelt sympathies to everyone affected by the heavy rain and severe flooding in Thailand.
Since mid-September, heavy rain and flooding have affected large areas of Thailand. In Bangkok, flooding and transport disruptions continue in some areas as of September 29, several days after the city authorities declared a disaster situation.
Our business partners also continue to face difficulties traveling, and our local staff are deeply concerned about the situation.
We are prioritizing the safety of our customers and partners in Thailand and responding flexibly, including providing pickups and transportation assistance through our local staff.
We sincerely hope for a swift recovery and the safety of everyone affected.
